Once you decide where you should begin, stay with it until you are finished. Keep focused. whatever your working on; closet, bedroom, kitchen or office, don't walk into another room to do something else until your are finished with your project.

Don't try to keep everything.

Hanging unto everything is physically and mentally exhausting, and you will never conquer your clutter unless you can learn to let go.

Why do we keep stuff?

  • inherited from family
  • gift from friend
  • paid a lot of money for it
  • impulsive buy
  • on sale
  • got a great deal
  • might need it some day
Where do we start?
  • clear out your space as much as possible
  • PURGE! PURGE! PURGE!
  • arrange the big pieces of furniture to maximize space and flow
  • PURGE as much as possible keeping only what you need, use, love and just can't live without
  • get rid of multiple items as in most cases one is enough
  • get rid of the overflow keeping only what reasonably fits into the space
  • purchases containers, baskets etc to keep your stuff neat and tidy
We will help you with the overwhelming task of trying to decide what to keep and what to get rid of and how to organize so that your life will be easier.

Getting rid of your clutter is an emotionally life changing process and we will do everything possible to make it as easy for you.

Clutter traps.

Flea Markets, garage sales, gift shops, rummage sales, souvenir shops and sales of any kind can be BIG clutter traps. You always find something and whether it is useless, silly or you really have no place for it you often buy it because you just can't resist a good deal! Before making that purchase ask yourself, do I need it? do I love it? do I have a place and purpose for it? If not, do yourself and your space a favor and DON'T buy it.

Don't allow distractions.

Nothing side tracks us from what were doing like the many little distractions that come along. Whether phone, or friend, TV or article we come across, once you've set a plan of action in motion, FOLLOW it through.
